My all radish salad is made with both watermelon radishes and red radishes. They’re tossed with oil and vinegar seasoned with zaatar (a thyme-based Middle East spice blend) and salt and pepper. Pepitas add some nutty richness.
Yield 4 servings
- In a small bowl combine the oil, vinegar, and zaatar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Allow to sit at room temperature for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Place both radishes, radicchio, and pepitas into a medium bowl. Add the dressing and toss to combine.
