Yield 4 to 6 servings
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. When hot, add bacon. Stir frequently until bacon is browned, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add garlic and stir constantly for 1 minute.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss with tongs until the greens are evenly coated with the bacon/garlic.
- Reduce heat to medium. Cook until greens are very tender, tossing every couple of minutes. this will take from 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the type of green, and how "tough" they were to begin with.
