Yield Makes 15 to 20, depending on the size of the radish
- Place the radishes on your work surface in a single layer. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with the sumac. For a nice appearance sprinkle the sumac in a line, or on just one half. Add a pinch of fennel pollen for an especially nice effect.
